Bitzi Web Lookup is a good way to inform people of good or bad files. See How to use Bitzi Web Lookup ... Speeds can vary depending on your sources. Not everybody has high-speed dsl/cable, etc. And even those that do, they may share their upld bandwidth among a large no. of slots or be miserly in how much bandwidth they offer.
