I'm new to LW and am having the same damn problem with Java.
I've done everything that LW support has suggested and all with no luck. I sympathize with you. I'm out money that they won't refund and the software doesn't work. I'll let you know if I come across a solution. I've tried all the suggestions below just like you and all to no avail. Please let me know if you have figured this out since you posted this.
