You could call your isp and ask them. I got mine by typing the ip address of my router into the the address bar of my browser and hit enter.
Try entering
192.168.2.1 into the address bar of your browser and hit enter. It should list the DSL Connect Rate (Down/Up).....I got that from the port forward page for your router here:
