Nothing major. Not sure if it will make a difference but you could download the offline version & re-install.

What I'd recommend is deleting your LW preferences before you try to open the program. LimeWire Pref Folder in Vista That way next time you open LW, you can reset your path to a download folder within your own account area or area of control.
