Just go to this web page and download the skins via LW.
Lime Wire » Skins Gallery.
Right click on the files once their in the download window and have it "Find More Sources", then right click it again and have it search for the file again. Once it's downloaded you should get a popup asking you if you want to use the new skin.

To download skins via your web browser:
Go to:
Lime Wire » Skins Gallery. Find the theme you want and right click on the link "Download Via Web Browser" and click "Save Link As..." Save it to C:\Documents and Settings\"your account name"\Application Data\LimeWire\themes. "Application Data" is a hidden folder, so you'll need to set your folder options to show hidden files and folders.
Download the zip file to your theme folder. Extract the zip file to a folder called "(skin name)_theme"(within the main theme folder).
Then change the extension of the ".zip" file to ".lwtp" and leave it in the main theme folder. To change the extension, right click on the file and click "Properties". Then at the top where the name of the file is, remove "zip" and replace with "lwtp", click "ok".
Open limewire and go to View>Apply Skins>(choose skin).
