I just checked the attachments and they are working, so somehow the problem is on your end.

Maybe try a different browser i.e. if you are using Internet Explorer then try Firefox instead.

Edit: Made them load inside the guide instead, so now it should be easier

Limewire 4.12.3 / Newest Phex / Newest Azureus

I recommend using either an old Limewire version without BitTorrent support or Phex for Gnutella, Azureus is BitTorrent. None of this Limewire Gnutellatorrent hybrid crap.
