Torrents are hardest the more you have downloaded. Since Torrents very much use partial file sharing, the more you download, the less hosts there are who have the entire file. Chances are people with the last 1% are either not online, else their upload slots are busy with other files or other people. Patience is best.

LW is not a great torrent program. One such reason is that it appears not to have any share ratio recording. With other torrent programs, some people set their torrent program not to share with people who have less than a certain share ratio.
