Service? Who is providing a service? Perhaps you do not understand p2p sharing.
For torrents use utorrent or Azureus (vuse) since they were designed specifically for "SHARING" torrents (not for leeching them / hitting & running). BTW I don't see anything wrong with 500 KB/s. Faster than most people get.
