How to access the ink levels icons for Hp deskjet 3-in-1 printer 2136 series?

Until very recently I used the following method, but now it doesn't work.

1. Open the prinrter's icon on desktop
2. Right-click on "Hp Printer Assistant" to get page showing two icons for ink levels.
