Good to hear. If you are using a linux variation, Phex can also run with Open Java (the open source version for linuxes.) But you might need to change the system pointer for which version you wish active as the default. It's been many years since I've needed to do that. But if Oracle Java works then remain with that.

I'm not sure about the Oracle archives of old versions but as a general rule you can set your language for the Oracle website to the one that suits you if your browser does not do it automatically.
