I have a cable modem and limewire but I have noticed that my download speeds are not that impressive (2-10kb/s). I have used KaZaA and I get speeds of 60-70kb/s.

Is this because KaZaA downloads the same file from loads of different people (is this called leeching?) and how come Limewire does not do this?

By the way I prefer Limewire because of the way it looks and the fact that there is no spyware/adware (that I know of) but I would be over the moon if I could get really faster download speeds
