Did you try Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer to? Its good to make sure your security is up to date.
Like I said before getting a virus from limewire is rare but if you were to get it from
somewhere it would most likly be from a .exe file or mybe a .zip
Did you do any checks for trojens yet?
