Lightbulb A possible solution for connection problems

Since some providers started blocking access to gnutella host caches like router.limewire.com. I think it's a good idea to start posting gnutella.net files (storing IPs of ultrapeers) regularly.

Simply copy it into your LimeWire directory and start LimeWire. (With a little luck you'll find a host you can connect to.)

Since the board wouldn't let me post a .net file, I renamed the gnutella.net to gnutella.net.txt. Be sure to change the name back to gnutella.net!

How do I copy it to my Limewire directory? What steps do I take to get to the LimeWire directory?

The LimeWire directory is the directory where you installed LimeWire. It's c:\program files\limewire (I think) on windows and /home/user/LimeWire on a real operating system.

Another gnutella.net
