too many connections in limewire 2.4.4 pro
 

strange problem--I can't set the number of connections in the connections window. i usually like to leave it at 6, but recently no matter how few connections i ask limewire to keep up, it just keeps connecting and connecting to hosts until it reaches about 80 and then the program crashes. never had this problem before.

yesterday, however, it was fine, but the day before that it was screwy. could this be tied into the router.limewire problem?

any help is appreciated

options->speed->disable ultrapeer capabilities
