auto disconnect
 

hi, when i run limewire and start to d/l something after 30+ seconds my downloads just slow down and stop then i get the message that theres no internet connection, it takes bout 2 minutes for it to come back on again then turns off again this keeps repeating, everything is configured correctly(ports,firewall,antivirus etc..), ive tried with everything disabled but still same problem, this never happened before with the old limewire since i downloaded the new one its given me headache, i went back with the old one but now its happening with that, plz someone help me out. this is driving me crazy:mad: :mad: :mad:

Same problem here, i did entered my tcp/ip manual and then the problem was solved.

can anybody help, i know there has to be more than us three with this problem?

To me is after 10-20min
after that LW shuts down the connection
after that the only way is to compltetly close LW and restart after some min

no, its just starting to get better. these are side-effect bugs because of adding new features and are currently trying to be worked out.

the newest official release (4.9.23) (or maybe even beta 4.9.24) might fix the issues your having.

so i take it that theres no solution to this problem, i tried the tcp thing, i tried the 4.9.23 thats just the same problem, this problem stops all my internet connection i cant even surf the web i got to wait a couple of minutes fo the connection to come back, limewire used t be the best but not sure anymore:confused: :confused: :confused:

my firewall is configured correct, my antivirus is up to date ive checked for malware/adware,spyware and im all clean, dont think my isp is throttling any thing coz i can d/l with bitcomet and its using the same port number so theres no problem there,ive checked my connection speed thats fine too, it ONLY happens while using lw

LW crashed
and i think i see why
one download reached 99%
same as last time

again LW shuts connection and say im nor connected
all internet connections crashed
need to total shutdown LW and wait some min

its a LW bug or my problem?
(until yesterday i used 4.9.11 and the problem is the same)

when LW starts it begin downloading even before i start the connection (not automatic in my setings)
If i dont cancel the D/L 99% LW crash imidiatly
the only way for my problem is that:
Cancel D/L´s
Start connection
Resume D/L
Hope (pray hard)
D/L ends and file verify is done
normal procedure until 1 D/L reach 99% and agin this

This problem only exists in .wmv files. Other types all ok

if it only happens with .wmv files, then why download them? that format sucks anyways. do a search on it.
