 sharing from iTunes folder or shared folder? I have DSL, macOSX, and run iTunes3. I have over 2,000 songs in my library which i wish to share. I've been connected to the network for over an hour and all my files still aren't available for sharing...not even half of them. This used to only take a few minutes. What's up? I am sharing through "shared" and "iTunes music" folders. I delete contents of "shared" folder as i copy files into iTunes because i like the way iTunes indexes them, while my shared folder is a mess most of the time and i can't find my new downloads. Do i suck it up and copy everything to shared? takes too much space. and....why did this recently start happening?
