unable to move downloaded music to library
 

I have been downloading music into my G4, with no problem for the last few days, and anything I have downloaded has been automatically imported into my itunes library, but since today, the last three tracks are saying in the LW download window : could not move to library. I've looked in both my itunes and limewire preferences to try see if there are any options, or reasons for this, but have come to a dead end, and am at a loss to know what to do. Can anyone help, or tell me why I am experiencing this?

Try This
 

Highlight the download you want to move and click on launch. It should send it to the main library for iTunes and you can find it there. This works for incomplete downloads as well if you want to preview the song before the download is finished.

I get this problem once in awhile and usually if I log out of Limewire and right back on it is ok.

My problem seemed to be caused by the fact that I moved the Shared folder in my directory to another location. Once i moved it back to the Limewire default and kept the Application in Applications all was well again.

Yes , restarting the computer did the trick, and i can't believe i didn't think to try that myself, as it so otfen works with other software problems. thanks for the suggestion. Oddly enough, i did experience the problem after moving my shared folder, as you say you did. All is working fine again.
