i have no idea what happened or why but all of a sudden, anything i download does NOT go to the library. the were all going to the saved finle in the video folder but now they're all gone. cant find them anywhere. PLZ HELP!!!!!! raisinkane_04

Go to your LW library. Click on Saved Files then Explore. Do you see them?

Else, go to the start menu & search your computer. Try looking for one of the file names. Anything?

nope no luck, my downloaded movies are just gone. i dont get it just all of a sudden. i think it happened when i changed my upload/dowload settings. at least thats when i noticed it. before i could click on library then video and there they would be. (now they're just gone) i'm downloading 3 movies that are almost done and i have no idea where to find then when they're done. right now i can see them in the incomplete folder.

Tools > options > saving will tell you what folder your downloads are saved to. Whatever downloads are going at the moment should end up in that folder. I don't understand how your other ones could just vanish. Are you sure that you didn't delete them by mistake?

it says my files are going to: c;\mydocuments and setting\my name\shared but when i go there there's nothing

The default is normally C:\Documents and Settings\your name\Shared.
Are you sure you're not looking in My Documents by mistake? Go to My Computer > Local Disc (C), within that is Docs & Setts & within that is "your name", within that should be Shared. Sorry if I'm stating the obvious but it's got me totally confused
