Default Movies yellow

Movies and videos i have downloaded turn out tinted yellow or gray. Any idea on what could be causeing this or how to fix it?

You might need codecs for your player? Have you tried using another player? See below for links to codec packs & VLC player which is free & very reliable.

I have tried different video players including VLC and the same problem. There is like a tint to screen and it comes out blurry and in weird colors.

Might be a video card problem?? Have a look at these threads from the Videolan forum, there might be some useful info
