If I have downloaded pictures (jpeg) or videoclips (avi) in System MacOSX, I cannot find them in my iPhoto or anywhere else. Where are they saved ?

Are you talking about BearShare or Limewire? There is no OSX version of Bearshare. Why are you posting here in the BearShare forum sections? Does the image below look like LW's logo? To answer your question, well, this question has been answered hundreds of times before so if you used the search button above you would have found the answer quickly. Go to your LW Library window, select Saved Files folder & press the Explore button. Sample image here: Using Library Explore button to access downld folder (click on link) The folder will open for you & you can find your downloads. On OSX your downld folder is by default in your user account folder, unless you chose a different location.
