I am trying to download songs. They are downloading 100% but they won't finalize. The songs are stuck, it just says finalizing but they don't do anything from there. I tried e-mailing the help people in bearshare but they have not answered me. Please help me!

Finalizing? Are you using the crippled BearShare 6? Try the recommended version instead.

My songs are still not downloading I even tried downgrading from WMP11 to WMP10 and nothing. Their tech support is not answering any of my e-mails and they don't have a phone line to call. This really sucks. Any suggestions.

Digital Restrictions (or Rights) Management is a set of locks on those music file that make it impossible to play the music unless your computer has been provided the secret codes by the company. People who make the mistake of signing up to BearShare 6, iTunes or any of those other DRM-using services can have all or any of their music taken away without notice whenever the control freaks who hold the codes decide to do it. I prefer to download MP3 files because they don't support that nonsense. ;]
