I migrated LW 4.18.8 Pro over to my new machine but cannot connect to the network.

I've set my Firewall to accept LW and tried most of the other suggestions found in the forum but still cannot connect. It just sits on 'starting connection' and never connects.

Any suggestions? I'd upgrade but I don't particularly like the LW 5 GUI.
