updating sourcecode in eclipse using branches

hi,
i have downloaded trunk and branches of frostwire Sourcecode and built frostwire project as given in "Getting started topic".Now i want to update the source code in eclipse using branches.can anyone give some tips to update sourcecode in eclipse using branches?..... plzzzzzzz.
