These volunteers keep the board organized and moving. Moderators are authorized to: (in order of increasing severity) Move posts to the correct forums. Many times, members post in the wrong forum. These off-topic posts may impede the normal operation of the forum. Edit posts. Moderators will edit posts that are offensive or break any of the House Rules. Delete posts. If you see a post in the wrong forum or in violation of the House Rules, please contact a moderator via Private Message or the "Report this post to a moderator" link at the bottom of every post. Please do not respond directly to the member - a moderator will do what is required. 8. Any impersonation of a forum member in any mode of communication is strictly prohibited and will result in banning. 9. Multiple copies of the same post will not be tolerated.  HELP ME PLEASE Ive deleted files I need for Pro -I'm an idiot (I know) OK, so I'm completely new at this internet stuff--I just got the = internet today and paid for the Limewire Pro and got Frostwire (somehow) website services. then, I started getting spyware messages from my internet protection provider and I said OK delete the files and NOW i see I can't access the Limewire Pro or Frostwire services because I deleted stuff that I needed (and that I paid for) and I cannot figure out how to reinstall the program that I just paid for today (but tech support says I'm not a registered paid member--my email address isn't recognised). The message I get from Limewire is below, on frostwire, i justcan't get a connection. I'm awfully sorry, but can you help me so I don't have to go through the hassle of voiding the credit card payment and starting over. This should be fixable (shouldn't it?) but I can't find the site I used to download the original program files and the email I got is also gone! so please help me get this back as I was really having fun downloading stuff and now it isn't so much fun.  djmac, What site did you go to, to buy Pro? The only official site for downloading LW basic or Pro is www.limewire.com & the official FW site is http://www.frostwire.com/. It sounds like you've been scammed. FW is free. If you bought through a scam site, your email address won't be in the LW Pro database. If you paid for FrostWire click here, you have been scammed, FW is free

 double-post? So what? I posted to the Lime Wire and Frost Wire forums. Don't know why you posted on my thread. Are you the forum police? I posted it on each side so I could get as much help as possible. And everyone ELSE has been really helpful and supportive. |

| I'm New Geez. Which part of 'I'm new to the internet' is hard to understand? Sorry. I did make it very clear I was new so I think you are abusing me. CUt me some slack OK? I said I didn't understand. I won't be posting to this site any more anyway; I got the help I needed from some very nice people here. Future emails are going in the trash.
