This was my latest attempt at getting my money back. Ref number:-338324. After speaking to one of your advisors on the 4th of February with a witness present ( an advisor from MBNA bank) i was told i would receive a full refund of £60.73 which consisted of Lifetime Membership £24.00, Codec Pro Pack £8.97, Spy Remover £17.88 and New Releases & Technical Support £9.88. So why have you emailed me to tell me that you are refunding £17.88 & £9.88 only. I trust this is just an oversight or i will be taking legal advice on this matter. A reply would be appreciated and courteous. Just in case you cant read my email address again it is EMAIL=***

I am so sorry to hear you accidentally purchased through a Con site. Any site that offers "Life Membership" or additions that you can get for free such as codecs & anti spy programs you should stay clear of.
