| A movie clip I downloaded opens a browser window and a URL automatically. The URL is just a standard website, no problem, my question is how in the hell does that work? I didn't know URL's could be attached to movis in this way? Anyone know? |

| Another handy tip: Don't use the players that enable that URL-opening trick. They are Windows Media Player, the Apple Quicktime Player and Real Player. The popular substitutes for these three are [VLC media player] and [Media Player Classic]. There a couple of versions for MPC called Real Alternative and Quicktime Alternative which enable it to play those two formats too. |
