These volunteers keep the board organized and moving. Moderators are authorized to: (in order of increasing severity) Move posts to the correct forums. Many times, members post in the wrong forum.  Problem With LW in Mac Hi, im new in this, and i speak very bad english....  A long time ago it used LW without problems until recently gave problemo me that I show down, Update the LW version and already passes the same error to me, which happens I open when it is that it appears to me the window to update to PRO is frezze and is closed. I tries dragging all the folder that this in applications to the sweepings, but not if it must look for but archives or erase them, but as decia or tries erasing and returning to install. | Hola OS 10.5.5 on Intel Mac? Java is the problem. Try: Software Update Safe Boot Regular Boot Maybe that will work. If no, then try install LW in new System Preferences->Accounts->New User Account Mac OS X 10.5 Help: Cómo crear una cuenta de usuario |

| Ok, in Safe boot and with another account work, but it means that if I want to use LW that to be in another account? and no longer it floats to be able it to suar in my original account |

| Ah. This is good, because it means Java is OK Then the problem is in the old account preferences for LimeWire (or maybe for Java) In the old account, move Library/'Preferences/Limewire to desktop (or trash) and try again. |
