splitting tracks in mp3
 

using nero express i am having a problem with burning "entire album" mp3s.
i can burn the whole album to cd and play it on my stereo but the cd comes up as one long track instead of being able to jump to the desired track(e.g the album has 8 tracks and i want to go straight to track 5 on my stereo)

I'd forgotten all about that option. Roxio's burner apps also can do this.

i did post about this before but am looking for a more specific answer now.my original post was about splitting mp3 albums into individual tracks,so when i put the burned cd in my stereo i culd skip tracks.
i was advised there was an optopn in nero to do this.at the time i only had nero express now i have the full version of nero6 burning rom.could anyone please explain how to do this?
this is how far i have got:i drag the mp3 album file over then go to propereties,i can gent the screen up with lines(looks a bit like a lie detector)this is where i think i need to be after that i am stuck what is the options to split it up and at which points(high or low?) sorry to be such an idiot but i do share well
