Windows Media Player
 
I need some help!! I was using media player classic to watch my movies i got from limewire. Then i updated my regular windows media player to windows media player 10. Now when i try ro preview a movie i am DL'ing windows media player 10 is now coming up as my player and i dont want that I still want to use windows media classic to watch my movies. With windows media player 10 it wont let me watch nothing it keeps saying that i dont have the correct codecs but i have like 3 diffrent types of codec bundles.I want to use windows media player classic because that works. Can any1 help me plz???!!!

See Setting Default video app & change the default from wmp 10 to classic. So you'll need to apply it to all video types like avi, mpg, wmv, etc.

I'm not sure how you're having problems. Select the file & go to the menu & select either Open with... & choose wmp classic & choose always open with. Or menu>Properties ... click on my link above to see the examples I gave. Except instead of choosing VLC you will choose wmp classic.
