getting started on a mac
 

hi..this might be silly cause ive had my mac for a while but ive installed limewire on my computer..for all the mac users for understand what im saying......the limewire icon comes up in my dock at the bottom of my desktop and onto my desktop but when i double click it, it takes me back to installation again!!!! how do i get this working?!?!?! please help i really want to start using limewire on my laptop! thnx

What you are clicking is the installer.
Go to your finder menu bar, choose GO menu & choose Applications. Drag and drop the LW program from there into your Dock. Then run it. :)

Else double click the LW program from the applications folder, once opened in the dock, control click it and choose keep in dock. ;)

Need help downloading music on mac please!
 

Hi all! I cannot download music from limewire on my mac. Limewire searches and finds songs but when I click a song to download nothing happens. Please help!!!

Maybe due to this: Cant download at all - nothing happens when I click download (click on link) :)

i think im in the same boat with my mac. ive got the thing thats telling me to double click to install. im not quite understanding what your directions are that you were telling the other person to do. Could you try to dumb down the part about going into finder's "Go" feature? thanks
