Hi I just got limewire 5 and need help figuring things out

I just got limewire 5 and I don't understand how to use it. It says that there is no internet connection and when I try to go to the help menu it doesn't come up.

Have you used LW before?
if not, then you need to supply these details to help us to help you: If LW Will Not Connect (click on the blue link) ... I'm sure you recall seeing that link when you read the forum rules you scrolled down from just before posting here. :)
