Zip Code Problem

Good afternoon from South Africa

We are trying to install Limewire Pro. We have completed the application from correctly but wont accept my payment, the error message says that our zip code is incorrect. In SA we have a numerical code consisting of four digits, and we call them post codes here.

Please can someone help us with this?
