Default now you see them and now you don't (files to iTunes)

I downloaded some music from Limewire. I dragged them into my Itunes and now for some reason I am getting a message that the file can't be found.

What happened to my music?

More specifically it says for example, "the song ****** could not be used because the original file could not be found.

any ideas

You need to drag the songs onto the iTunes Library icon, NOT the playlists below that icon. Otherwise, the songs are added to playlists & iTunes will look for them from your LW download folder to find the song files to play. If you add them to the Library icon, you will see a small window showing you that itunes is adding the song & will be added to iTunes music folder.
