(next day for ex.)if so. how do I do that? last question... what does speed depend on? why does it increase and decrease frequently? ok. i hope you can help me ...see you! |

| Xariel, LimeWire verifies all downloads for completion before saving them. You can stop a download by highlighting it and then select "Pause". The download will restart when you select "Resume" (it will also restart the next time you start up LimeWire). You can also "Cancel" a download. If you later wish to resume the download, select the "Library" tab and then select "Incomplete" on the left panel; a list of files will appear. Right click on the file you want, and select "Resume"; the file will re-appear under the "Search" tab, ready to resume downloading. The changing download speeds are due to many factors having to do with your connection and server, as well as the connections and servers of all the various sources from which you are downloading. You may begin a download with, say, 5 sources. The 5 becomes 6, and then 3 of them are dropped and replaced by 3 new sources, each with its own connection speed... Be more concerned with your total KB/s (and LW Pro really makes a difference). Play with LimeWire; you can't break it, and there's some neat stuff under those tabs! |
