| It is not allowing me to install my Limewire Pro that I paid for. I had it on this laptop before, but had computer problems and had to reinstall windows, so I lost all my programs. I still have my e-mail with the confirmation and my Receipt Number. I tried entering my e-mail address (and I know it is the correct e-mail address, because I also have the confirmation at that e-mail address still) and it keeps saying my e-mail address is invalid or not registered. ...which is not true. As I mentioned I still have the receipt of payment... And I cannot get Limewire Pro Support while they are saying my e-mail is invalid. Very fustrating...please help ASAP.... Thanks |
