what does INBOUND mean?

I just connected 20 minutes ago and my connections screen was filled with address saying PORT INBOUND. The annoying thing was that all of my incoming and outgoing bandwith was maxed out to both the same vales. What was this?

not 100% sure but as far as i know inbound means that somebody is connected to you and is looking for files over your PC its actualy the same as you do outbound (whit yust port number displayed) but then you got one on your PC instead of you being on theres

most of the times i have more inbound that out but i like it the inbounds somethimes have alot to share

Inbound is just like outbound except opposite.
when you have a lot of outbound, then you are bound to put more out and when you have a lot of in bound it comes in like crazy
the reason you are annoyed about bandwidth is because opposites attract and therefore someone else has a outbound on their end!

Clarification:
Inbound means, simply, that other computers are asking you to connect to them.
Outbound means that you are asking others to connect to you. people behind firewalls need to use only outgoing connections, because the firewall will surely swallow any incoming connections.
