another newbie here

HI, I'm new here

I'm currently running redhat 7.2

whenever I i load up gtk-gnutella

it gives me the following errors:

** WARNING **: file_info_retrieve_binary(): could not find trailer in /tmp/install.log.syslog

** WARNING **: file_info_retrieve_binary(): could not find trailer in /tmp/.X0-lock

** WARNING **: file_info_retrieve_binary(): could not find trailer in /tmp/dcopeP6aAr

** WARNING **: file_info_retrieve_binary(): could not find trailer in /tmp/install.log.SAVE

** WARNING **: file_info_retrieve_binary(): could not find trailer in /tmp/dcopioC5Kq

** WARNING **: file_info_retrieve_binary(): could not find trailer in /tmp/LOW_POWER

someone also mentioned that I need to create directories and edit the temp files, but I have no idea what's goin on

I've checked the dependencies and I have them all installed...

You should not leave /tmp as your default download directory. Go to the Config panes / Download section, and change the paths there.

Look at the tooltips to know what each field does.
