VIDEOS: won't let me watch it; not recognize format and something about Codec
 
When I download a video it won't let me watch it. it says something about not recognizing it and something about codec i dont know what this is and how to get to where i can watch videos

Try installing the VLC media player, it has all the codecs pre-installed and can play just about all files...

For XP this codec pac is very good
Download XP Codec Pack 2.0.8 - XP Codec Pack is one of the most complete codec pack

Or for Vista this pac
Vista Codec Package v4.6.4 (freeware)

Download XP Codec Pack 2.4.3 - XP Codec Pack is one of the most completed codec packs

works good too
