Default Cannot Connect to the Internet

Hello, I just downloaded and installed the latest version of Bearshare on my PC. Bearshare is working fine. I have no problems connecting and downloading files. The problem I am having is I can no longer connect to the Internet using Internet Explorer or get my e-mail with Microsoft Outlook. This only started happening after I began using Bearshare. Has anyone heard of this happening and how do I fix it?

Thanks,

Dave

That's a LimeWire question, Edwin, so try the LimeWire forums.

And smithdbs, try the bandwidth throttle when you want to use other software.
It's the little green slider on the bottom of the bandwidth graph.
