Question connection problem

Hi,
I cann't connect with any host using bear. In the host panel, the host is "public.bearshare.com", status: tying, it count down from 8s, then "timeout". THe four lights in upper right are (from left to right): flash green to blue (or to yellow), green, green, flash green to red. Is the right most light flash to red mean I am behind a firewall? In the statistics panel, there is no information there, the IP address is "?".
Is anyone have some clue that why I cannot connected? is it because I am behind a firewall?
THank you.
