awaiting sources

I recently upgraded to Limewire 3.2.1. I have tried to download a few songs, but it keeps saying awaiting sources and nothing is happening. The previous version did not have this problem. Can someone help? Thank You...

once LW runs out of sources, you need to repeat the search for the download to try those new ones.

Short answer--cmd-click or right click on the search tab to see the option to "repeat search"

Version 3.2.1 - awaiting resources

I am also having the same problem, most of my searches say "awaiting resources". I did not have this problem until I upgraded to version 3.2.1.

I have tried the forced restart, but nothing works.

ok, so if simply repeating the search will work, how come the file keeps showing up in the search window, sometimes with multiple locations) and *still* says "Awaiting Sources"???

oh yeah, i forgot to mention that i am now using 3.2.2
and i was wondering why these are classified as "Inactive" and clear from the downloads window when you hit "Clear Inactive"?

Ah--the "stuck download." When that happens I know something is wrong--I watch now to see if that relates to getting a file from certain hosts. Whatever the reason, when repeat search doesn't work select the download in the download pane, use the kill download button, and redownload form the new search results. If I haven't had a recent crash, the download will usually start and resume from where it left off. If it was a rarer file, it might be weeks before the host machine gets back on the net when I'm searching.

Sorry for the interruption Johnnn. Carry on
