How do I listen to the songs I downloaded? I know this is the wrong section to post this but for some reason my computer blocks the right section. Anyways how do I listen to the songs I download? Sorry for posting this in the wrong section. |
Anyone? |
Oops, didn't see your post! What music player are you using? You can use the LW player (tools > options > player), highlight a song & play or make a playlist. In my opinion though, you're better off making something else your default player. In this case you'd have to disable the LW player, again within tools > options > player. You can add songs to any music player from your saved folder. Tools > options > saving will tell you the location of your saved folder. If you go to LW's library, click on Saved Files then Explore... your saved folder will open & you can drag & drop songs to the player of your choice:) |
How do I get it to play on LW player?I click on the song but nothing happens. How do I get the songs onto window media player? Sorry.Im stupid. |
Have you got 'use LW player' ticked (tools > options > player > tick the box & apply)? If you have it ticked & it's still not working, you might try deleting your LW preferences folder while LW is closed. This will kill all of your settings within tools > options, you'll just have to go back afterwards & set things up again. Instructions below Fixes for LimeWire To get songs to WMP, see the thread below. http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...s+media+player |
Where is my lime wire preference folder? And I did what it said in that thread and my songs didnt show up on Windows media player. |
If you look at points 2 & 3 in the fixes for LW link I left, it tells you how to find the prefs folder. Just remember to show hidden files & folders. |
