Downloading movies/continous play
 

I have two questions:

I downloaded a movie, but all I can hear is the audio when I launch my download. Any suggestions?

Also, I'd like music to continue playing (song after song in my library) - I have the "continuous box" marked, but it still stops after playing one song.
