 Lost My Downloads I followed the links to update my LM from 4.9.1 to the new 4.9.2 I installed the update and now I have lost, with the exception of one folder, all my downloads? I followed the instructions. I've done this many times. Fortunately, I saved most of the downloads in musicmatch, but there were a few I didn't get transfered. Once the installation finished, all but the few I mentioned, disappeared and my LM returned to the LM edition of skin. Now too, my version of limewire still says 4.9.1. What happened? Please help!!!!  |

 Yikes!!  That's too bad. Before I upgraded to 4.9.27 I was told to make copies of all the folders, along with the files that I share just in case I lost them during the installation process. What has happened to you has happened to me when I first installed LimeWire. From what I've heard, when files are deleted in LimeWire they are permenantly gone but if you are lucky enough to find them, let me know where they ended up! |

 I just found most downloads in musicmatch Now I have another question! When I downloaded LM for the first time, I had "no" difficulties running the program or with any other technical problem. Since I updated, my computer is having issues with locking up and jet lag ( that's what I call it when I push a button and 3 minutes later it responds). What could be the problem there? I've come to grips with the fact that I lost some of my data, but this jet lag is really getting to me! Thanks for the info. |

| In your 1st problem, are you sure you installed LW into the same account? Or did you change the downld location? I made the mistake of installing into a different account & all my incompletes had disappeared.
