| I paid for the Pro version and went to the download link in my e-mail and downloaded the Mac X version, but after installing it all I get is the free version with the ads. I tried deleting the copy of Linewire on my drive and installing again, but the same thing |

| Same exact problem... whats up!! Nothing on the FAQ and email for support is NOT existent. I get pointed here for any support. I am about to dispute the $10 payment to limewire because of such a silly problem Support? Hello? Whats up. | I finally found a solution. I did a search of my drive and deleted everything with the name Limewire in it, just deleting the application is not enough. I think the problem was with one of the files in one of my system's libraries. Anyway after deleting everything with the name limewire and then installing the pro version again I got the pro version. |
