Your version of your Gnutella Client (* this is important for helping solve problems) ....... Your Internet connection (56K, Cable, DSL) ....... The exact error message, if one pops up Any other relevant information that you think may help ....... Try to make your post descriptive, specific, and clear so members can quickly and efficiently help you. To aid helpers in solving download/upload problems, LimeWire and Frostwire users must specify whether they are downloading a torrent file or a file from the Gnutella network. Members need to supply these details >>> System details - help us to help you (click on blue link) Moderators There are senior members on the forums who serve as Moderators. These volunteers keep the board organized and moving. Moderators are authorized to: (in order of increasing severity) Move posts to the correct forums. Many times, members post in the wrong forum. These off-topic posts may impede the normal operation of the forum. Edit posts. Moderators will edit posts that are offensive or break any of the House Rules. Delete posts. Posts that cannot be edited to comply with the House Rules will be deleted. Restrict members. This is one of the last punishments before a member is banned. Restrictions may include placing all new posts in a moderation queue or temporarily banning the offender. Ban members. The most severe punishment. Three or more moderators or administrators must agree to the ban for this action to occur. Banning is reserved for very severe offenses and members who, after many warnings, fail to comply with the House Rules. Banning is permanent. Bans cannot be removed by the moderators and probably won't be removed by the administration. The Rules 1. Take your time to look at other threads and see where your post will go. If your post is placed in the wrong forum it will be moved by a moderator. There are specific Gnutella Client sections for LimeWire, Phex, FrostWire, BearShare, Gnucleus, Morpheus, and many more. Please choose the correct section for your problem. 7. If you see a post in the wrong forum or in violation of the House Rules, please contact a moderator via Private Message or the "Report this post to a moderator" link at the bottom of every post. Please do not respond directly to the member - a moderator will do what is required. 8. Any impersonation of a forum member in any mode of communication is strictly prohibited and will result in banning. 9. Multiple copies of the same post will not be tolerated. Post your question, comment, or complaint only once. There is no need to express yourself more than once. Duplicate posts will be deleted with little or no warning. 10. Posts should have descriptive subjects. Vague titles such as "Help!", "Why?", and the like may not get enough attention to the contents. 11. Do not divulge anyone's personal information in the forum, not even your own. This includes e-mail addresses, IP addresses, age, house address, and any other distinguishing information. Don´t use eMail addresses in your nick. Reiterating, do not post your email address in posts. This is for your own protection. 12. Signatures may be used as long as they are not offensive or sexually explicit or used for commercial advertising. 13. Failure to show that you have read the forum rules may result in forum rules breach infraction points or warnings awarded against you which may later total up to an automatic temporary or permanent ban. Supplying system details is a prerequisite in most cases, particularly with connection or installation issues.  Clean Updated Morpheus Installers available here! I would give all the Moderators of Gnutella Forums big THANXS for they approve this to happen  I think this will be good thing for all Morpheus users,and we can make Morpheus Rocks on longer.... All the installers of Morpheus below is updated and improved... The major fix is Neo Network, now it's connecting right a way...Thanx to Morpheus5x for his Neo Network discovery, so this fix become possible... All the installers have the same basic script, and it will be easy to update them fast if neede! Els i have removed the license from all of them, since real StreamCast Networks installers did not have enny... I will now give old installers of Morpheus/Morpheus Ultra for the users still have old Windows Os like 95/98/Me...The version are: Morpheus Ultra 4.5.0, Morpheus 4.8.2, Morpheus 4.9.1, and Morpheus 4.9.2....The FastTrack and eDonkey network support is removed...The mldonkey core is to old and outdated to be used, i have try to change it to newer on but it could not run on older Windows Os or newer as well...Sorry for that, but still have Gnutella/G2 and Neo network working! If you try to use the old version on Xp, you will have some issue...If you wanna try to run it on Xp use Morpheus 4.8.2, and Morpheus 4.9.2, they work best on Xp...You have to run them in Windows 95/98 mods, and it would be better to use Internet Explorer 6.0 or 6.5, els you will have a lot of issue with Morpheus when it runs on your Xp Os! Morpheus Ultra 4.5.0 should not need to use Loader.exe at all....I will give Morpheus5x BIG THANX for his hard work to find the older version of Morpheus/Morpheus Ultra, with out him we would not come this fare...He has used alot of time and effort to find the missing parts we needed to compleat the installers...He is a verry dedicated user, and it's fun to work with him as well... EDIT: Morpheus basic version:4.9.2, 5.1.1, 5.2.3, 5.3.0, and Morpheus Ultra version: 4.5.0, 5.0.0, 5.1.0, 5.1.1, 5.1.2, 5.2.3 is updated with new Cache files and new Neo Net fix too!The installers it self is changed too, and hope fully to the better and it should be better for the Vista users who runs Morpheus on Windows Vista Os!Morpheus seems to run much smoother now on my pc with the new installer, contra my previous NSIS installers did!My new installers do not link Morpheus to StreamCast Networks,Inc enny more, because StreamCast Networks,Inc is gone forever! | To use the above link's, follow these instructions: Select the Morpheus you wanna install, and click on the link! A new window open up, and click on a blue button named "Download Now"...Click on it and wait 10 seconds, and you will see the download link! And you click download,and now you can select where on your hard drive you gona save the Morpheus installer to!Then it will download the installer to your hard drive! After that you know what to do with the file... ;-)) EDIT: Sorry Lord of the Rings for destroying your good show how to download from ifile.it,but i have choose another host location now...The ifile.it was to unstable,and more offline then online for the Morpheus/Gnucleus installers! | H! I have Bugg fixted the Morpheus 5.3 and Morpheus Ultra 5.2 installers now,and they should work fine from her on! Morpheus can still rocks on for a long time in the future hope fully...... To create new Morpheus installers was more difficulte then i thought would be...All i have was over 2000 clean Morpheus files and a ide,since the original StreamCast Networks installer did not revaile enny thing at all!  I would give the Lord of the Rings big Thanxs for the good way showing you, how to down load Morpheus from iFile.it!I hope you will give it a try....The new download link will let you download Morpheus Basic and Morpheus Ultra at the same time in a winrar archive!Morpheus Ultra works, and you dont need to pay a license for it enny moore!!!Happy Morphing ;-)

| Nice job File_Girl71 , it got connected to network wit no problem. Can you do clean for the other version instaler - 4shared.com - online file sharing and storage - download Morpheus-Ultra-5.2.3.rar When Avast scan the instaler , it says Mymorpheustoolbar.exe - adware . Only this 1 exe but other files clean. | Hi!  Thanx! I can do other Morpheus installer as well!If somone like you Morpheus5X has a installer and not smart installer,i can do it-and make a antother clean and updated installer from it....I have downloaded it and i will clean it if it has somthing unwanted stuff bundled in with it! I will take a look at it soon as i can!

| Neo take some time to connect for the first time. Just use it normally, do searches and start downloading stuff . Connecting/disconnecting wont help,might make it worse. You probably get connected easier by setting up port forwarding on the router and assign static listening port number in Morpheus preferences->connection setting. And make sure to enable G2 for more search results. |

| you can also enable UPnP support on Morpheus in preferences tab, and go to start click controlpanel so go to security and open windows firewall on your pc,enable the UPnP option it if it not allready done so....If that is not working for you, then disable the entire windows firewall,since it is not a firewall really,but a filter only! Morpheus5X is right on do not restart Morpheus at all,it just make it worse...Just lat it stay so will Neo Net finally connect,it can take all from 10min to 1 hour before it will connect first time!Gnutella connect in secondes!

| Yup , using upnp is easier and i think it is enabled by default during Morpheus installation.No need to use fixed port number or setup router forwarding. But you have to check if the router supports upnp. If it does , then you might need to enable/turn on in the router setup page. Normally you can do this by going to http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.1.1 , some routers might use other addreses e.g 192.168.0.100 To check upnp is working correctly on your system, open Control Panel-Network Connections. You should see Internet Connection or Gateway device listed in there. |
