 enabling open information sharing hallo ik heb limewire geinstalleerd + java nu lijkt het erop dat alles goed werkt, maar t doawnloaden wil niet vlotten. bovendien staat er bovenin t venster : limewire: enabling open information sharing. volgens mij is dit niet goed nu heb ik op t engelse forum gekeken en hier enkele tips opgevolgd, maar t probleem is nog steeds niet opgelost. ik heb windows xp met (geconfigureerde) firewall. sp2 heb ik eraf gehaald (tip v/h engelse forum) norton internet security firewall heb ik ook geconfigureerd. daarnaast heb ik ook nog een router die ik geconfigureerd heb ik weet niet wat ik nog meer kan doen wie kan mij helpen???????? agnes  |

 Hallo agnesw, Dat "enabling open information sharing" is niets meer dan een wervend tekstje het zegt niets over je verbinding. Wat bedoel je nu met het downloaden wil niet vlotten ? Is de snelheid laag of kun je helemaal niets downloaden ? Kun je iets vertellen over de kwaliteit van je verbinding ? |

| enabling open information sharing er staat vaak "kan niet downloaden"en "need more sources" en als ik wel kan downloaden is het vaak met 1of 2 kb de verbinding is excellent, dus daar geen problemen mee t klinkt misschien dom van me maar ik dacht dat "enabling open information sharing" iets te maken had met dat er iets niet goed ging. maar dan nog vind ik t wel erg langzaam gaan. tenslotte wil ik u bedanken voor uw reactie agnes |

| Hallo, Tja die snelheid is niet erg spectaculair, maar is dit altijd zo laag ? Downloaden gaat niet altijd even makkelijk, ook als je Limewire juist geconfigureerd hebt. Dit heeft er vooral mee te maken dat je direkt van andere computers download, en je dus ook afhankelijk bent van de instellingen op die computer waarvan je download. Om het beste resultaat te krijgen moet je regelmatig opnieuw zoeken, "oude" zoekresultaten zijn onbetrouwbaar, de gebruiker kan ondertussen z'n computer uitgezet hebben, of alle upload slots zijn ondertussen bezet... Probeer bestanden te downloaden die door meerdere gebruikers gedeeld worden, dan heb je ook kans op een betere snelheid. |
