| Even if a provider was honest about their connections speeds and says one has, say, "Cable" connection, the server may have slow upload speeds, say, 2KB/s, because they might be in high demand, and the provider may allow many simultaneous uploads, say, 20. In the mean time, another provider may be serving the same file, and they are zipping fast 60KB/S. So, to both ease congestion and to improve download speads, I suggest LimeWire to have a feature that publishes current upload speads of a server. What do others think? |
