Filter Hosts needs host mask or subnet filter ability
 

I notice that it seems nearly half of the hosts out there are behind a NAT box (or dsl router) and have 192.168.* or 10.10.* addresses. I'd like the ability to mask off those hosts from having files appear in search results. Also, I think it would be helpful to be able to mask off other subnets such as cable modems and what not.

Another thing along the same lines that should be done is the ability to ban conections to certain peers (or subnets therof) so I don't connect to cable/dsl ultrapeers ;P
