Default 192.168.1.101 host ip address.

I see host IP addresses like 192.168.1.101. These host can never download...right?

How do they get into LimeWire?
Can LimeWire filter them out...or will they actually work?

Dave.

Wrong, they can upload and download, although it doesn't always work quite as well as with non-firewalled hosts.

That's my IP...?

I downloaded LimeWire like everybody else, from the LimeWire Web page, installed it and it works fine. There were some configuration issues at first, but I 'think' I've sorted them out.

I'm still new to this so, if there are suggestions that will allow me to share faster, easier. ect. please let me know.

LimeWire is great and I want to contribute!

I hope to complete a CBT on configuring limewire this week. I will publish it on the network when I'm done.

If you interested in non-infringing content distribution you can do a search for CBT or CBT - and you will see all of the stuff I am sharing on the network.

I started on the service in late July of 2002 and I have 3 - 4 servers hosting content on the network 24 x 7 and I am looking for people who are willing to a duplicate and share the content I am hosting because my machines are busy during peak hours.

Currently there are about 58 subjects and three commercial applications (packaged in different ways ) all of which I am the copyright owner.

Currently there about 70 files apx 2.5GB of data

For a simi complete list please visit http://www.leeware.com

If you know something about a particular subject I hope that you can use the format to publish your knowledge on the network.

Hope this helps.

Lee :-)
